Mr Rick Pay is a principle of The R. Pay Company, LLC. The R. Pay Company, LLC started in 1999 as a management consultancy dedicated to helping companies realize their operations potential through waste reduction and improved use of resources. The firm now helps manufacturers, distributors, retail and service companies dramatically improve their gross margins and cash flow through peak operational and supply chain performance.
Rick Pay has over thirty years of leadership, consulting and operations experience including twenty years as a consultant and seven years as Vice President, Operations for a manufacturing company. He has been dubbed by his clients as the “Sherlock Holmes of Operations and Supply Chain Management.” He appears frequently as a speaker and his articles in Industry Week and the Institute for Supply Management have received national acclaim.
Mr. Pay earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a M.B.A. with a focus on business systems from the University of Montana. He attended the Stanford Business School Executive Program for Product Development and Manufacturing Strategy and MIT programs on Operations Strategy and Supply Chain Management.
